Questions
Can the same name be picked twice?
Not in one draw: each draw picks different lines. If a name appears twice in your list, it has two chances.
How is the order decided?
With a Fisher–Yates shuffle driven by your browser’s cryptographic random source: every possible order is equally likely.
Is there a limit?
Up to 1,000 names, each up to 80 characters.
