    How it works

    1. Type the lowest and highest number. Either order works.
    2. Choose how many numbers, and tick “No repeats” for draws like raffles and lotteries.
    3. Leave some out if you need to (“3, 7, 10-12”), or set a step to pick only even numbers or multiples of five.
    4. Press Generate, then copy the numbers or find them again in the history.

    What it does

    Up to 10,000 numbers
A whole set of raffle tickets or test data in one go, sorted if you like.
    Leave numbers out
Skip the tickets already drawn or the seats that are taken, singly or as ranges.
    A true no-repeat draw
With “No repeats”, the numbers are drawn like balls from a bag, never the same one twice.
    Steps
Only even numbers, only multiples of ten: set the step and the range does the rest.

    Questions

    How random are these numbers?

They come from your browser’s cryptographic random source, the same kind used to make passwords, and each allowed number is exactly as likely as any other.

Can I get numbers without repeats?

Yes, tick “No repeats”. If you ask for more numbers than the range holds, the page tells you how many fit.

How do I pick a raffle winner from ticket numbers?

Set the range to your first and last ticket, how many winners you need, and “No repeats”. Leave out tickets that were not sold.

Can it give decimals or negative numbers?

Negative numbers, yes: use a negative “From”. Decimals are not offered; for one decimal place, pick from 10 times the range and move the point.
